Spontaneous imbibition is a phenomenon of fluid displacement under the action capillary force, which great significance to reservoir protection, enhanced oil recovery, flow-back optimization, and fracturing selection in unconventional gas reservoirs. Remarkable progress has been made research gas, overall situation needs be analyzed more systematically. This paper aims provide scientometric review studies reservoirs from 2010 2021. A total 1810 papers are collected Web Science Core Correction database based on selected keywords types. Using CiteSpace software, quantitative scientific analysis carried out main aspects national cooperation, institutional scholarly keyword co-occurrence, journal co-citation, article clustering. The principal countries, institutions, scholars, keywords, published journals, influential articles, clusters obtained, cooperation relationship centrality number publications.
